- We typically charge a fee after successfully reducing your debt through negotiation with your creditors. The specific fee structure will be clearly explained during your free consultation.
Refundable Fees

If there are material changes to the debt relief program that were not disclosed during your consultation, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the services not yet rendered.
Non-Refundable Fees

Unsuccessful Debt Settlement:
Debt settlement negotiations with creditors involve uncertainties. If negotiations are unsuccessful, no refunds will be issued for program fees as we have still invested time and effort on your case.
